Was U.S.A 's action in osama Bin Laden an encroachment on Pakistan's sovereignty...

On the 2nd may ,2011, president Barack Obama's declaration of Osama Bin Laden's death in Pakistan territory, north of Islamabad, in Abbottabad. It will analyze on whether it was possible for U.S.A ' s forces to enter Pakistan without the consent of it's government and raid against Osama. This action was considered a breach by alot many , with many reckoning it lawful.

One view was U.S.A apparently "informed the Pakistan government" of the navy seals attack in real time , as it was happening , in an effort to give a nod to Pakistan's sovereignty while preventing advance intimidation to Laden. Harold Koh , legal advisor, argued inherent right to self defence under international law combined with domestic decision does make the act legitimate.
